Mini Scorpion Bowl Drink Recipe
Mini Scorpion Bowl is a more compact, but no less tropical drink that extends the tradition of tiki cocktails. The exotic and creamy cocktail featuring rum, brandy, and citrus. It is easy to prepare and enjoyable to be eaten during parties or watch movie nights inin.
- - 1 oz light rum
- - 1 oz dark rum
- - 1 oz brandy
- - 2 oz orange juice
- - 1 oz pineapple juice
- - 1 oz lime juice
- Syrrup – 1 oz orgeat syrup almond syrup
- - 1 dash Angostura bitters
- - Ice cubes
- - Optional garnish: Orange segments pineapples, maraschino cherries and fresh mint
Mix the Ingredients: Captain Morgans for mixing it up, pour the two rums, brandy, fresh orange juice, pineapple juice, lime juice, orgeat syrup and bitters in a cocktail shaker. : So now add two ice cubes and then shake the glass containing the mixture for approximately 20-30 seconds.
Prepare the Bowl: Place one scoop of sorbet into a small punch bowl or into a large cup shared between the two of you and pour some ice into it. Likewise strain the mixed cocktail into the ice.
Garnish: To make it as tropical-looking, place orange slices, pineapple chunks maraschino cherries, and fresh mint on top of the drink.
Serve: Best to be consumed with long spoons or may be poured equal quantities into two glasses. Enjoy responsibly!
