Energy Drink Recipe

- 1 cup sparkling water or club soda.
- 1 tbsp BCAA powder which helps the muscles to recover
- 100 mg of caffeine powder or caffeine tablets and / or
- 1 tablespoon of taurine powder which plays a role of enhancing focus and energy.
- Cool 1 scoop 5g L-carnitine addition for the break down of fats.
- It contains: gracefully - 1 teaspoon citrulline malate.utility of blood flow and endurance.
- - 1/2 teaspoon natural sweetener steviolis or inulin.
- - Optional: Few drops of natural fruit flavor of choice for taste and to act as an electrolyte supplement
Then in shaker or blender bottle, sift the BCAA powder, caffeine powder, taurine, L-carnitine, citrulline malate and sweetener.
